CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

FLOW - A BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE open level restorative Pilates class focused on developing your core muscles, proper form and understanding the mechanics of Pilates. This total body workout is ideal for beginners, as well as all Pilates lovers who want to challenge their bodies through the core and build a nice sweat. Recommended Prerequisite: 3 Private sessions.

SCULPT - An intermediate level Pilates class (NOT BEGINNER) focused on developing proficiency and understanding the mechanics of Pilates. This total body workout is ideal for all Pilates lovers. This is a reformer machine class that uses props and choreography to create a challenging workout for you. Recommended Prerequisite: 3 Private sessions at PM or other contemporary Pilates training experience or at least 10 FLOW class sessions.

CIRCUIT = Tower + Chair + Reformer: This is an Intermediate/Advanced movement class (NOT BEGINNER) using the Balanced Body Springboard, Wunda Chair and Reformer. If you are ready for a new challenge in your Pilates practice, are injury free, love Pilates, and enjoy a fast paced workout this class is for you. Recommended Prerequisite: New clients are required to take at least 10 Reformer sessions at our studios before signing up for this class.

FORM - An ADVANCED Pilates class (NO BEGINNERS) for the Pilates obsessed who is focused on movement, challenging coordination, balance, and control. Take your bodies to the limits with complex and creative choreography. Recommended Prerequisite: Not for the novice! Only ADVANCED experience, please do not come to this class if you have not been doing Pilates for years, we will all know! 

CARDIO - An open level, high intensity interval training, Pilates class designed for those who love to move and get some endorphin releasing cardio on! This workout is ideal for those who want to feel the burn and get a little sweat! This is a reformer machine jumpboard class that uses props to keep you engaged and entertained while you work that core. Recommended Prerequisite: 3 Private sessions at PM or other contemporary Pilates training experience and at least 10 Reformer classes.
