PILATES CLASSES
We are a boutique Pilates studio with small, personalized classes. We offer a variety of Pilates classes to keep you motivated and challenged. Our class sizes are small, six maximum in our Solana Beach Studio, and semi-private classes of four in our La Jolla Studio. This allows us to give you personal attention for the best workout.
Our classes will always be a challenge, a full body workout. You will laugh, move, your abs will burn, and you will always walk out feeling better than when you walked in.
